In 2019 BizHub welcomed FedEx, one of the world’s largest delivery companies, after they completed the purchase of two lots totalling 10.2 acres in Phase 2 of the park. In 2020 FedEx completed construction and began operating out of a brand new 72,000 sq.ft. FedEx Ground facility located at 116 Prospect Road.
