The new construction of a 176 bed assisted living complex is a continuation of the connected Samaritan Place assisted living complex. The entire project is being delivered with the design build method. Interwest Mechanical Ltd has engaged Arrow Engineering and worked with them to produce an efficient cost effective heating, cooling and ventilation system for the three story complex. It includes hydronic heat and indirect domestic hot water utilizing a Viessmann Hybrid system of condensing and non condensing boilers. The E wing features all ducted exhaust and heat recovery from the ventilation air. The project currently has a targeted completion of March 2014
