St. Thomas More college added 20,000 square feet to its existing building at the at the U of S campus. The new space included classrooms, offices, research space, and study areas for the students. Interwest Mechanical helped facilitate this renovation by demolishing and upgrading portions of the exiting HVAC system. This was necessary so the existing HVAC system could be incorporated into the new building’s system which included air handling units and a boiler/hydronic system.
