The 100 year old school, Saskatoon’s Nutana Collegiate, received extensive renovations. Total renovation costs were $13.5 million. As the mechanical construction manager, Interwest Mechanical, was responsible for all aspects of the mechanical budgeting and tracking. Interwest Mechanical completed the mechanical contract which included; the demolition and replacement of the exiting HVAC systems, two Aerco Boilers, a chiller, and an air handling unit. These upgrades ensured that the building’s occupants were comfortable and they preserved the impressive art collection within the building.
