Project Delivery

Design Build

Design build is a creative approach that enables Interwest to get a thorough understanding of our client’s needs and interests. Under this process the owner provides the team a program outlining the building concept and each member then submits an all inclusive price for the design and construction of the facility, that meets or exceeds the client’s scope of work.

Interwest Mechanical Ltd. is very experienced at designing and constructing the best mechanical system to ensure our clients’ complete satisfaction.

Construction Management

This methodology is based on a partnering approach throughout the construction process. Construction management involves the owner, contractors, design professionals and other user groups to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. As mechanical construction managers, Interwest uses its expertise to work as an agent for the owner to ensure the best possible pricing and most cost effective methodology is realized. Construction Management is usually completely “open book” and all costs are fully auditable by the owner.

Interwest Mechanical has the necessary expertise to ensure that any project using this partnering approach will be brought to a successful completion.

Stipulated Sum Contracts

Our team of professionals is very experienced in completing both large and small projects under this format. Our relationships throughout the industry with sub-trades and suppliers gives us an edge in providing competitive pricing in the current marketplace. These alliances will help us deliver a finished project on time, within budget and in compliance with the design specifications.

Interwest Mechanical Ltd. has been providing tenders under this traditional approach for over 50 years.
